About these terms
This website is operated by MOMAR Energy Trading Company Ltd. (RC 943927), 8 Danube Close, Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria (“MOMAR”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
Information on this website
The website gives general information about MOMAR, our services and our projects. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is provided for information only and does not form part of any contract. Descriptions of services and projects do not guarantee that a particular service is available for your requirement, location or timeline.
Some services, such as CNG installations, aviation fuel infrastructure and air navigation equipment, are regulated. We undertake them only with the applicable permits, approvals and competent personnel in place.
Quotations and enquiries
Sending an enquiry, a request for quotation, a tender enquiry or a supplier registration through this website does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. Any supply of products or services is governed only by a written quotation, purchase order or contract agreed and signed by MOMAR.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, logos, project photographs, maps and design, belongs to MOMAR or is used under licence. Some photographs illustrating our service areas are licensed stock images and do not show MOMAR sites. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or use our name, logo or project photographs for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing malicious code, sending unsolicited or automated submissions through its forms, or submitting information that is false or that you have no right to share.

Where the website links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MOMAR is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle information you send us is explained in our privacy notice. This website does not use cookies; see our cookie policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
