This website is operated by MOMAR Energy Trading Ltd. (RC 943927), 8 Danube Close, Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria. We are responsible for the personal information you submit through it. You can contact us about privacy at info@momarenergy.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, organisation, telephone number, the area of interest you select and your project details.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to take steps towards providing our services. Our lawful bases under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 are the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
How it reaches us
Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email through our website host’s form service (Netlify), which processes it on our behalf, or from your own email application if you choose to send it that way. We do not sell your information, and we only share it with service providers who help us receive and store email, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, email info@momarenergy.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
