CNG, solar and alternative energy.
Compressed natural gas (CNG) facilities, equipment and logistics, and solar energy systems for homes, businesses and organisations.
06 / CNG, solar & alternative energy
Overview
Compressed natural gas is a cleaner, lower-cost alternative to petrol and diesel for vehicles and industry, and Nigeria is investing in the infrastructure to make it widely available.
MOMAR supports CNG projects from facility development to distribution. We support mother and daughter station projects, procure CNG storage and refuelling equipment, and coordinate the logistics that move gas between stations.
Alongside CNG, we supply, install and maintain solar energy systems, and coordinate wider alternative-energy infrastructure projects.
CNG installations are regulated facilities. We undertake them only with the applicable permits and approvals in place, and with competent technical personnel.
Solar & renewable energy
Solar power, supplied, installed and maintained.
Solar photovoltaics, passive solar design and solar water heating are now among the most widely used energy technologies, and Nigerian businesses and organisations are turning to them to diversify their energy sources, improve efficiency and save resources.
- Solar panels: capture energy from the sun
- Inverters: store the energy in batteries for later use
- Batteries: switch on automatically when the sun goes down, and can be charged from a generator or the grid; 50 Ah, 100 Ah and 200 Ah
The number of panels depends on the energy demand of the home or organisation.
